I just blitzed reading the whole series, all 11, in what I think was 2 weeks. Two of those 11 I didn't enjoy that much, but the detail they provided made the conclusion of the series more complete. Now that I'm done with the series, I hope to aspire to what the books opened me up to. Reason, truth, life, and many other ideals that were portrayed in a way that anyone can see the benefits of them. I'm far from treating the series like a bible or a set of virtues, but more like a lesson that I never fully learned.

If what I said didn't express it enough, if you have any interest in science-fiction/fantasy books, I highly recommend going to your used book store to pick up the Wizards First Rule, the beginning of what was a great adventure.

"The first law of reason is that what exists, exists; what is, is and that from this irreducible, bedrock principle, all knowledge is built. It is the foundation from which life is embraced. Thinking is a choice, and that wishes and whims are not facts, nor are they a means to discover them. Reason is our only way of grasping reality--that it's our basic tool of survival. We are free to evade the effort of thinking--to reject reason--but we are not free to avoid the penalty of the abyss we refuse to see.

Faith and Feelings are the darkness to reasons light.
Reason is the very substance of truth itself. The glory that is life is wholly embraced through reason, through this rule. In rejecting it, in rejecting reason, one embraces death."

Wanderers this morning came by
Where did they go
Graceful in the morning light
To banner fair
To follow you softly
In the cold mountain air

Through the forest
Down to your grave
Where the birds wait
And the tall grasses wave
They do not
know you anymore

Dear shadow alive and well
How can the body die
You tell me everything
Anything true

In the town one morning I went
Staggering through premonitions of my death
I don't see anybody that dear to me

Dear shadow alive and well
How can the body die
You tell me everything
Anything true

Jesse
I don't know what I have done
I'm turning myself to a demon
I don't know what I have done
I'm turning myself to a demon

Buddy of mine and I were bored of playing Dota all day, so we looked for a new cheap/free game to fill our time with. Stumbled across this and to be honest we only played a couple hours so far, but for being free, its fun, refreshing, and nostalgic in terms of the being turn based combat. Plenty for me to still try out with it, and i'll update again after a few more days of it.
